Flywheel Return Policy?
The Flywheel cancellation policy is designed to ensure a fair, efficient, and reliable experience for both passengers and drivers.
-
Passenger Cancellations: After the driver accepts your request, you have 2 minutes to cancel without being charged a cancellation fee. The fee will be waived if the driver is more than 3 minutes late based on the initial ETA. If you cancel in any other case where the driver is not at fault, you will be charged a $6 cancellation fee. This fee is charged to help compensate the driver for the time and fuel they have already spent to pick you up.
-
Passenger No-Show Fee: Your driver must wait at the pickup location for 3 minutes before marking you as a no-show. After that, you will be charged a $6 no-show fee.
-
Driver Cancellations: If a driver cancels more than once, they will be removed from the Flywheel system for a period of time. If a driver cancels excessively, or otherwise does not meet Flywheel’s standard of customer service, they are removed from the system permanently.
If you feel you were mistakenly charged these fees, please contact the customer service team. They will respond as soon as possible.
